GENERAL RULES
1. No Alcohol allowed on Ag Center Property
2. Must be 1959 model or older.
3. Each tractor may pull only once per class.
4. 100 pound weight tolerance
5. Wheelie bars required in all classes except pure farm stock. Must be able to support the weight of the tractor in the class it’s pulling. Pad must be no more than 10 inches above the track. Must extend a minimum of 5 inches outside the tire diameter. Wheelie bars should not be attached to the drawbar in any way.
6. Clevis or ring hitch with minimum 3 inch hole inside with no more than 1 inch thickness on rear of hole. No ball hitches, no spring hitches. 2 point hitches must be in the stationary position.
7. Tractors must start with a tight chain.
8. Drivers have 100 feet to stabilize speed. Pull is disqualified if mph limit exceeded after that point.
9. 2 attempts to pass the 40 foot mark. Pull is official after 40 ft. mark reached.
10. Any weight or object falling from the tractor during a pull is a disqualification.
11. No one allowed on the track except pullers and officials during the pull with the exception of one adult allowed on track with child under 18 or inexperienced driver. A kill switch is highly suggested for child or inexperienced drivers.
12. All tractors must reweigh and have drawbar height checked immediately after unhooking from the sled.
13. Track officials have the authority to disqualify any driver that exhibits unsportsmanlike conduct including but not limited to: refusing to comply with the rules, intoxication, profanity, failing to stop when red flagged by the track official or general disregard for the safety of others. Such disqualification may also result in the forfeiture of winnings and hook fees.
14. TRACK OFFICIAL’S DECISION IS FINAL!
“PURE FARM STOCK” CLASS SPECIFIC RULES
1. Pure Farm Stock must have factory block, heads, cranks, intakes and carb per tractor year and model. No propane heads or intake unless tractor came from the factory propane. An “off the shelf” overbore kit is ok. No John Deere power blocks in this class.
2. Factory RPM only.
3. Must have a stationary, factory stock drawbar as per tractor model only, no more than 18 inches high and no closer than 18 inches from the center of the rear axle to the hook point. Twisted clevis only pinned to the drawbar. No welded-on hitch rings, balls, adjustable turnbuckles. No threaded rod or bolts to adjust hitch height.
4. All tractors must pull off stock straight, uncut drawbar except H and M Farmalls, they may pull off the cross drawbar and it can be moved forward but it must have the factory brackets and braces only. Must only use factory drawbar parts specific to the model.
5. Internationals with fast hitch must have it pinned in the stationary position to prevent movement in any direction.
6. Suitcase weights allowed but the front weights can’t extend past the front tires. It’s ok if the front weight bracket extends past the front tires as long as the weights don’t.
7. Pressed steel wheels allowed if available from the factory for that specific model (bring your parts book for proof), otherwise, factory listed cast iron wheels only. Wheel diameter must be specific to the model.
8. Tire sizes: 3500 through 6000 - 13.6 max • 6500 through 8500 - 15.5 max. Unmodified tires only. No cut or ground on tires. No grinding down the back side of the lug and calling it road worn.
9. Wheelie bars not required. A chain extension on the sled will be used for Pure Farm Classes.
10. First gear only, 3 mph max. May use factory speed reducing device (IH TA, Allis Power Director, etc) if that specific model left the factory with it.
11. Must have a working PTO.
12. No stripping tractors down to get in a lighter weight class. No WD45 Allis, Ford 901, Massey 44 below 4500. No Oliver 77,88, 770, 880, Allis D17 or Farmall M below 5000
All tractors in pure farm stock class need to be as close to original as possible. No alterations that change the machine from stock specification or appearance.
“SUPER FARM STOCK” CLASS SPECIFIC RULES
1. Must retain stock engine appearance.
2. 20% over factory RPM
3. 4 mph max. May use factory speed reducing device (IH TA, Allis Power Director, etc)
4. Tire sizes: 3500 through 6000 15.5 x 38 max • 6500 through 8500 18.4 x 38 max
5. No cut or ground on tires.
6. Hitches must be no more than 20 inches high and no closer than 18 inches to the center of the rear axle.
7. Front weights can’t extend more than 10 feet from center of rear axle.
“ANTIQUE” CLASS SPECIFIC RULES
1. Must retain stock engine appearance.
2. 20% over factory rpm.
3. 5 mph max. May use factory speed reducing device (IH TA, Allis Power Director, etc).
4. 18.4x38 max in all classes
5. Top cut and full cut tires allowed.
6. Hitches must be no more than 20 inches high and no closer than 18 inches to the center of the rear axle.
7. Front weights can’t extend more than 11 feet from center of rear axle.
